19 600 Farmers Receive Command Agric Inputs

 

 More than 19 600 farmers have so far received adequate inputs from Government’s specialised import substitution maize (Command Agriculture), the Zanu-PF Politburo heard yesterday.

 

Most farmers have started planting while others are intensifying land preparations.

Mandate
The Department of Irrigation is the government department responsible for the overall planning, design, construction, sustainable operation, maintenance and management of communal irrigation schemes; irrigation research; and the provision of irrigation engineering, advisory and regulatory services to irrigation clientele in Zimbabwe.
